Share button, then Add to Home Screen. Open it from that icon from now on. Either way, always tap Save a Copy when you finish.
Who I am. What I need around me. Where I'm going.
How this works
This is yours. Nobody reads it unless you decide to share it. Write honestly — write like nobody's watching, because nobody is.
- Your answers save automatically on this computer as you type. You can close the tab and come back — your work will be here.
- When you're done, click "Save" at the top or bottom of this page. That downloads a copy to your computer that you can keep, reopen, or attach to an email.
- Send it to your IDP coach using the buttons at the bottom of this page.
- Come back to it every month on Mike's Mondays. This is a living document, not a one-time worksheet.
Heads up: your answers save to this specific computer and browser. If you start on a laptop, finish on that laptop.
Group Share (5 min): One volunteer per pod shares the single most surprising thing their partner said.
Group Share (5 min): Each pod shares one non-negotiable that came up — something the whole group agrees has to be present in our environment this year.
Group Share (3 min): One volunteer per pod reads their Question 04 to the group — but only if they want to. Vision statements are personal.
When you're finished
Your answers save on this computer as you type. To keep a copy or send it to your IDP coach, use the options below — start with the first one.
Pick either format. PDF looks like the page you filled in; the text file is smaller and easier to email.
On the print screen, change the destination to Save as PDF (Mac: the PDF menu at the bottom left) and save it somewhere you'll find it again.
The email button downloads your file and opens a blank email to your coach — you just attach the file it saved. Or use Copy All Answers and paste everything straight into an email yourself.
